Our Transformative Vision: 2033 and Beyond
By 2033, SAMA commits to a bold vision of transformation that transcends borders and biases, shaping the future of healthcare leadership and community service. Our Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) is to establish 10 Centers for Learning, creating inclusive spaces where young men and women of all backgrounds come together to realize their fullest potential.
Our Impact Goals
- Empower Trainees: Train and support a diverse group of 5,000 individuals annually, equipping them with essential skills and a deep commitment to serving others.
- Develop Leaders: Cultivate 100 SAMA Scholars who exemplify leadership and integrity.
- Expand Locations: Establish Centers for Learning in 10 global locations where SAMA operates.
- Foster Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that all individuals, regardless of gender, profession, race, religion, or national origin, feel welcome and valued within SAMA communities.
