Eng / Magdi Osman / Mas.
Director Of Marketing & Founder
- Eng. Magdi Osman is the CEO and founder of Sudanese American Engineers Association (SAEA). He leads the overall strategic and operational responsibility for SAEA’s programs, expansion, and execution of its mission.
- Prior to his current role, Eng. Osman was a master’s degree holder in Aviation and aerospace management / aviation and aerospace system safety from Emery Riddle Aeronautical university.
- Eng. Osman is entrepreneur and founder of Trans-pacific Aviation Inc, a 145-repair station operating in five states providing aircraft maintenance and engineering services; prior to that worked for Northwest Airlines and Alaska Airlines as an engineer for more than 15 years.
- Eng. Osman served as president for Sudanese Association for Northern California (SANC) for three terms (2006-2010 and 2016-2018). SANC is a non-profit organization whose members are Sudanese living in the Bay Area.
- Eng. Osman is passionate about humanitarian aid and working for SAEA fulfills his desire to help those in need, especially in Sudan.

Ghada Khalid

- Ghada is a professional corporate communication and marketing specialist.

- Managed communication of one of the most successful joint ventures NUMMI (General Motors and Toyota) public relations including business and private plant tours.

- Ghada worked for ZAIN Telecommunication International, Khartoum, Sudan 2012–2015 Communication Manager.
- Successfully promoted Zain Sudan Public Relations through identifying innovative ways of enhancing corporate image internally and externally.
- Developed and executed Zain Sudan social media corporate strategy. Led and maintained effective relationships with media agencies.
- Managed and developed company Communication staff. BLUE NILE TV, Khartoum, Sudan 2006–2014 United States Correspondent, working in Granger, IN.
- Established U.S. office and oversaw all production operations.

Ibrahim Ayad
Vice President & Founder
- Ibrahim Ayad, SAEA Founder, has over 18 years with Cisco Systems where he has architected, designed and deployed complex networking solutions in the service provider, enterprise voice and video domains. His current position is a senior system engineer at Cisco, where he performed in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects on existing Cisco’s cloud computing and hosted collaboration services offers. Actively participating as a specialist on Unified Communications, provides consultative support in Collaboration architecture to partner’s and Cisco systems engineers. In addition to his responsibilities as an architect, he is a PhD candidate in the College of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Colorado at Boulder. His research interests encompass Networking architecture, Internet protocol stack, in particular Multipath-TCP reliable transport, Video coding, and Neural adaptive streaming algorithms using machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Ayad is very passionate about giving back to the local communities and abroad in Sudan; he is the founder and executive director of Ayad Foundation, a non-profit organization founded post the success of the first build-a-classroom project in Sudan. The organization is committed to giving a gift for a child in need of education, hope to fighting illiteracy, and preparing a strong human for a bright future through education.
